IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Please register only one child per transaction. When registering more than one child, please register child 1 and complete the transaction. Then register the next child and complete a separate transaction. This ensures we receive the correct data for each child.

Please do not open a new SchoolPay account or register using a SchoolPay account. Simply add the item to your cart from the list below and follow the prompts to input all information needed for registration. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED. 

Spaces in classes are not held for your child until your transaction is completed. If you receive an error at the end of your transaction that means the last space in the class was purchased by someone else before you completed the transaction.

REFUND POLICY: 
Withdrawals (minus a $30 processing fee) will be accepted until May 15, 2018. Refunds will be made by check from the Town of Needham, and may take up to 3 weeks.

No refunds or credits will be issued after May 15, 2018.

IMPORTANT: You must acknowledge acceptance of the following NCE waiver: I/We, the parents/guardians of the registered student, a minor, hereby consent to his/her participation in the Needham Community Education Program, the taking of photos of my/our child and/or promotion of the program, and to his/her use of the Needham Public Schools facilities and equipment.  I/We further agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Needham, Needham Public Schools and their employee­­­s, agents and assigns from any and all liability or expenses arising out of any incident involving, or any account of any injury to the above named minor in con­­­­nection with such program.  I/We further consent to emergency treatment by a physician in the event of injury to, or illness of our child during his/her participation in this program.  I/We accept full responsibility for all costs for any such emergency treatment.  I/We agree to abide by NCE policies.

Wait Lists: If you would like to add your child to a waitlist for a full class, please email the NCE Registrar, Jill Ash at [email protected]. Include the class name, location, your child's name, and your best daytime phone number(s).

Scholarships: If your child receives free/reduced lunch and you would like to register for classes at a reduced fee [two 1-week, half-day sessions, or equivilant, per student during Summer Explorations], you will not be able to register online. Please contact NCE at 781-455-0400 x235 for assistance.
