As you may know, April is the month of Webber's annual fundraiser for our Jazz Programs. The event, "Just Jazz!" has been a tradition at Webber for more than two decades and pulls together the combined efforts of staff, students, parents, and community organizations in volunteerism and donations. Jazz Winds, Jazz Orchestra, and Jazz Band are fully self-funded ensembles.  

Without your help in making this event happen and raising money for the students' ensembles, the jazz programs cannot continue. 

Just Jazz funds the following (including but not limited to): 

• Music for the students to play
• Restoring equipment such as amps, chords, worn instruments that need repairs and or replacements 
• Instrument parts and or complete instrument replacements
• National UNC Jazz Festival – where students perform for other students and judges and receive feedback during clinics. Students can hear other jazz artists perform to broaden their scope of jazz repertoire from middle school through professional level musicians
