Welcome to SchoolPay!Available at the reduced cost of $35.00(+ SchoolPay fee) per athlete, per school year! If your child/children are covered on another medical plan, you then have the option to either purchase the additional insurance, or waive HISD's Athletic Insurance fee by doing to following:
-Be the parent or legal guardian of the athlete.
-Provide proof of medical insurance on your child/children(medical card).
-Provide insurnace waiver if declining HISD insurance.
• Provide a valid government or state-issued photo identification or driver's license.
Note: Since original signatures are required, Insurance waivers cannot be faxed. ALL ATHLETES MUST BE INSURED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ATHLETIC ACTIVITY!
