 Taught by Soul Soar Coaching instructor, Danielle Abel, this course is for women at any skill level. l

    1. Women who want to learn how to improve their mobility with dynamic and static range of motion stretching 

    2. Women who want to improve their balance, core control, & endurance

    3. Women who want to improve their physical & emotional health

  2. What they’ll learn

    1. Yoga & mobility movement patterns along with regressions and progressions

    2. The differences between dynamic and static stretching as it relates to joint range of motion & associated mobility

    3. How to incorporate yoga & mobility into a comprehensive weekly fitness plan to improve body composition and performance

  3. What they’ll get

    1. In person, instructor led group sessions

    2. Visual & audible movement pattern demonstration & form cueing 

    3. A community of other women interested in health and wellness for motivation & support
