  Your School or District has the option to connect its associated nonprofit groups. Those nonprofit groups can create items of their own and place them in the payment center as well. Those items will appear here. Go to this tab to manage any payments to nonprofit groups associated with your school and/or district.

BEL AIRE PTA presents this year's school play "Annie" March 20-24th.

Student Play Registration fees fund many things, including the paid, professional Play Director & Choreographer, Music Director, supervision staff (Bel Aire teacher aides), theater instruction materials, stage safety, and various elements of the show including, costumes, sets, props, lighting, sound, and other performance-related expenses.

“Quantity” is the number of students in your family participating in the play.

The last day for a full refund is Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Both your Student Registration and Parent Volunteer Buy-Out (if applicable) will be refunded in full if you notify the play producers by the deadline.

Bel Aire Play - STUDENT Registration 2018-9

Parents may register up to three children with one registration form. The Student Registration per child is $200. *All students are welcome to participate in the play regardless of ability to contribute financially—please contact the Bel Aire office to inquire about scholarships. Bel Aire Play - PARENT Volunteering Buy-Out 2018-9

Parent Volunteering Buy-Out is a contribution you can make if you know it is not realistic for your family to commit to volunteering at least 8 hours for 1 child in the play and 12 hours for more than 1 child in the play. Contributions offset the costs of hiring additional aides to cover work typically done by parent volunteers. If you will be able to volunteer then you do not need to do the Parent Volunteer Buy-Out. Please close this section of the form by hitting the "X" in the lower corner. 1=$200, 2 or more =$400 —Please type the appropriate amount in the box for your family.
