Pay to Participate SPRING SPORTS

This fee is for SPRING SPORTS participants only (Boys Weightlifting, Boys and Girls Tennis, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Track & Field, Baseball and Softball). Please only pay fees if the student athlete has been notified that they have made this seasons roster. Pay to Participate Fee's are for each individual sport for the 2017-2018. Each athlete who plays a sport will be charged a $75 fee for each sport that he/she participates in. This fee must be paid prior to the student athlete participating in his/her first interscholastic contest. The purpose of this fee is to help combat the rising costs to run a high school athletic department. Currently the School Board pays each coach’s coaching supplement, leaving the remainder of the expenses that include the list below, the responsibility of the athletic program.  Transportation  Uniforms  Equipment  Officials  Security  Ambulances  Field maintenance  First aid/training supplies Your understanding and support with this participation fee is greatly appreciated. While other programs around the area/country are struggling to keep sports in their schools, your financial commitment of this participation fee will play a tremendous role in keeping the athletic program at Bartram Trail one of the finest in the North Florida area.

Class of 2018 Senior Dues

Senior dues are used to cover a myriad of costs associated with your students’ senior year.  Items that are covered by the dues include (but are not limited to): the rental of UNF Arena for both graduation and graduation rehearsal, diplomas, diploma covers, graduation programs, interpreter(s) for the ceremony, flowers, decorations, graduation tickets, security and the t-shirts the seniors receive in the fall. $45 per student Senior Dues must be paid by September 10th in order to guarantee a t-shirt size. Senior Breakfast will be held on September 25th and is open to all who have paid dues. T-Shirts will be distributed at the breakfast.
