  • After payment is received, a confirmation email will arrive shortly to the email used to schedule the Para Pro Assessment.

  • On test day, please report to room 354 with a valid state I.D. or passport.

  • A locker will be provided to you for any miscellaneous items brought with you; we will provide all necessary testing materials.

  • We will not reschedule any missed or improperly scheduled testing appointments; Please note any cancellations must be submitted to School Pay customer service team no less than 24 hours before the testing appointment in order to receive a refund. 

  • For accommodations, please contact ETS before scheduling; We are unable to provide accommodations in our office.

  • Orange County Public Schools does not offer prep courses or materials (study guides, practice tests, etc.).

  • Retakes can not be scheduled until 30 days after the initial test date. 

**SchoolPay Payment Center is a third-party billing site and does not reschedule appointments. Please do not contact customer service regarding rescheduling, as they will be unable to fulfill this request.**
