Registration for Summer Explorations is now closed.

 IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Please do not use a SchoolPay account. Simply add an item to your cart, where you will be prompted to complete all required information and checkout. 
   
• To purchase more than one class: add the first class to your cart, complete the requested information, then click “Add and Continue Shopping” in the lower left corner of the screen to return to the main menu and add your next class to the cart. Continue in this fashion until you are ready to check out, then click the teal “Check Out” button in the lower right corner of the screen. Continue as prompted to complete payment.
   
• Items in your cart are not held while you complete your transaction. We apologize for this inconvenience and wish that SchoolPay.com offered the opportunity to hold items placed in your cart until the transaction is completed.
   
• Wait list: If your child’s preferred class or schedule is full we encourage you to place them on our waitlist for their preferred class / schedule. This will enable us to notify you right away if space becomes available in your preferred class. You may still register children placed on our waitlist for another class or schedule. If a space becomes available in your child’s preferred class we will contact you and can transfer their registration to their preferred class.
   

• Refund Policy: Tuition for each class includes a non-refundable $30.00 deposit. You may withdraw from a class and receive a refund, less the $30.00 deposit per class, if you notify us on or before May 3, 2021. Unfortunately, NCE is unable to offer refunds or credits for missed classes or for withdrawals made after May 3, 2021. Refunds are made by check from the Town of Needham and may take up to four weeks to arrive by mail.

IMPORTANT: You must acknowledge acceptance of the following NCE waiver: I/We, the parents/guardians of the registered student, a minor, hereby consent to his/her participation in the Needham Community Education Program, the taking of photos of my/our child and/or promotion of the program, and to his/her use of the Needham Public Schools facilities and equipment.  I/We further agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Needham, Needham Public Schools and their employee­­­s, agents and assigns from any and all liability or expenses arising out of any incident involving, or any account of any injury to the above named minor in con­­­­nection with such program.  I/We further consent to emergency treatment by a physician in the event of injury to, or illness of our child during his/her participation in this program.  I/We accept full responsibility for all costs for any such emergency treatment.  I/We agree to abide by NCE policies.

Scholarship assistance is available: Students who receive free or reduced lunch are invited to take two half-day morning classes or one full-day class during Summer Explorations at a reduced rate. Scholarship registrations cannot be taken online.
