2024 SPORTIFY Camp - Week 5

DATES: JULY 15, 16, 17, 18

TIME: 12:30pm - 3:30pm

LOCATION: EAST COVENTRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

GRADE(S): Students entering grades 4 - 7

If you love playing games, participating in a variety of sports or simply having fun then this camp is for you! Campers will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports and camp style games. Campers will build knowledge of the fundamentals and rules of certain sports through fun play based activities. Not only will campers become more familiar with the rules and expectations for specific sports, but will also learn positive character traits like sportsmanship, teamwork, communication and leadership. Games include baksetball, wiffle ball, floor hockey, football, gaga ball and many more. This is a great opportunity for campers to build their knowledge of sport s and game through low pressure fun activities while also encouraging fitness and wellness. Please bring a peanut free snack and sufficient water/drinks.

Although the District, its employees and volunteers will use the utmost precaution in guarding the health of the above participant and preventing accidents during these activities, I release them, as well as the Owen J Roberts School District and its Board from any liability in case of illness, injury or death as a result of this activity. I, therefore, acknowledge that as a condition of me and/or my child participating in this activity, I hold harmless and waive any and all claims against the Owen J Roberts School District (and its officers, employees and agents), including but not limited to any claims arising out of any negligence of any of the employees of the Owen J Roberts School District, for any injury, accident, illness or death or any loss or damage to personal property occurring or by reason of participation in the activity.

Refund Policy *

By selecting the check box, I understand that if it is necessary for the Summer Enrichment Program to withdraw a class due to low enrollment, each student will receive a full refund (less processing fees) or may transfer to another class if any opening is available. Refunds will be made in accordance with original payment method. Credit Card Fees are not assessed by the District and, as such, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
