2024 Summer Academic Program - Online SAT Math Prep

DATES: July 25 through August 23, 2024

This course is designed for students taking the SAT on August 24, 2024, providing them with an opportunity to refine their test-taking skills, focus on sample questions, and practice in the area of mathematics only.

Registration closes July 18, 2024.
Course access to CANVAS and prerequisite work (password and account creation) will be available July 24, 2024
Students must be ready to begin course requirements by July 25, 2024
Students must work approximately 1 hour per weekday to keep pace with the course requirements.
Courses do not count in student grade point average (GPA); however, they do count towards the elective credit graduation requirement.
Students will earn .17 credit for this course. Grading is S/U.

REMINDERS FOR ALL ONLINE COURSEWORK:

Students with vacation plans or other summer obligations should keep the following expectations in mind. The online course will move quickly.

1) Students must have internet access.

2) Students must be disciplined to access course content on a daily basis.

3) Students must communicate regularly with the instructor and with class peers.

4) Students must exercise successful time management and consistently complete course projects by the given deadlines.

5) Courses are accelerated. Semester or year long courses are completed in 5 weeks.

6) All courses are available during the school year for no additional cost.

7) Rising 10th-12th grade students are eligible to take/earn credit for these courses.

Refund Policy *

Refunds will be made in accordance with original payment method. Credit Card Fees are not assessed by the District and, as such, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
