Desert Heights Charter Schools is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and all contributions are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law (Tax ID #91-2184875). Tax credit contributions allow donors to get a dollar-for-dollar return when filing their Arizona state taxes. The amount will be deducted from any tax debt or returned as a refund. One hundred percent of donated funds go directly to the school and program selected by the contributor. Contributors can direct the donation to a specific extracurricular activity or designate it to the school(s) with the greatest need. Please proceed using this form to make an online tax credit donation to one of the school's specified general funds. Donors wishing to designate a tax credit towards a specific student's fees should make the donation directly in the school's front office or by using ParentVUE/StudentVUE.
The Arizona tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers a tax credit up to $200 for Single or Head of Household tax filers and up to $400 for Married Couple Filing a Joint Return when contributing to extracurricular activities in public schools. Tax credit donations are non-refundable.
