Culinary 2, 3, and 4 students are issued a numbered chef coat at the beginning of the year that is theirs to keep and which they will use for the duration of their time in the program. Students return their coats at the end of the year for maintenance and are reissued the same coat when they return to the program. Dry Cleaning, stain removal, and sanitizing is included in the Program Supply Donation Fee.

Keeping the chef coat clean DURING THE YEAR and available for dress-out and cooking days is the responsibility of the student. Care and further instructions are available on the Chef Coat Contract.

Serious culinary students may opt to purchase an additional coat to make sure they have one ready to wear at all times. If a student loses, damages, defaces, or misses more than TWO (2) labs because they have misplaced their issued chef coat, another will be ordered for them and their school account will be charged.
