• Tickets: $120.00 per person. Payment Plan: Six  Installments of $20.00 can be made.

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED--ALL SALES ARE FINAL ( Last day to purchase tickets is April 21, 2024)  
• Last day to purchase  tickets for NON-EHS students  is April 15, 2024: NON-EHS students  must complete a paper  guest request form for approval by April 26, 2024.   Guest cannot be over 20 years of age. IMPORTANT INDORMATION:

• Appeal Process: Students with a Level 3 or Level 4 disciplinary infraction will have to go through an appeals process.  Appeal window will open March 4, 2024. If you pay and are not approved you will `be issued a refund.  
• EHS Students  Prom Guidelines and Contract: Forms will be available in your  English class or in 6-202 starting, Monday January  22, 2024. This form MUST be signed by a parent or guardian,  and is due by April 24, 2024.    
• Prom Dates-NON EHS: Guest forms for Prom dates that are NON EHS students will also be available in your English class as well.  Guest forms are due by April 15, 2024. If you submit a form without the required information/documentation  the guest will not be permitted to attend.  ​

• Dress Code Guidelines: Announcement  posted on Canvas  
• Attendance: Attendance matters and will be reviewed
• Academics: Students must be in good academic standing and on rack to meeting all graduation requirements.

​If you are bringing a guest, two separate transactions  must be completed, one for the EHS student and one for the guest. Please ensure that your name is identified with your guest purchase.
