Due 8/28/2020 (1st Semester) and 1/22/2021 (2nd Semester)
Rental of school owned instruments is $125.00/year.
If the contract that is given to the students is lost you will need to print a new one from CHARMS using the directions below:
- Login to CHARMS
- Click the “Inventory Uniforms” icon
- You should see a list of items checked out to the students, click the button labeled “F” to the right of an instrument (not a lock or locker)
- Print the form
