The 2021-22 Jane Addams Middle School yearbook is being built by a diligent team of photographers, writers, and editors. Now is your chance to place a pre-order for your copy. The more yearbooks we pre-sell now, the better the yearbook will be! Order now to take advantage of November pricing of $25.00! Yearbook prices will go up in December.

Families with more than one student at JAMS get a $5 discount for each additional yearbook they order. If you are ordering yearbooks for multiple students, increase the payment amount by $20 for each additional copy. Then, make sure you include the name of each student you are ordering a yearbook for on this form.

Finally, you can add to your payment amount to support our scholarship fund. We support over 100 students with free yearbooks each year because of generous donations. We want to be able to fund a yearbook for every JAMS student this year, and with your help we can. Thanks!
