Horizon High School Band 2024 Summer Music Camp

Details:
Summer Music Camp at Horizon High School is open to students entering 1st-8th grade in the 2024-2025 school year.  Students attend the option of Elementary Music Camp (1st-3rd grade), Beginning Band Camp (4th-6th grade, instruments/supplies are included), Intermediate/Advanced Band Camp (7th-8th grade, or prior experience with band instruments), or Cadet Color Guard camp (6th-8th grade, no experience necessary).  

All students receive instruction from certified music teachers and band students receive individual instruction and group instruction on woodwind, brass, and/or percussion instruments. Color Guard students are provided equipment during the camp and learn dance and equipment fundamentals (flag, rifle).  All students perform at the Summer Music Camp Concert on June 13 at 6:00pm.

Camp dates:
June 3-6 and June 10-13, 9AM-1PM
June 13, 6PM Concert

Tuition:
$200 (Are you an OCPS employee or sending siblings? Send Ms. Cannon an email before you pay!)
