The cost of each transcript is $2.00.  A sealed copy of your transcript will be mailed to you if you select "Self" under "Delivery".  Your transcript must remain sealed until it is opened by the official requesting it from you.  If you prefer to have your transcript mailed directly to a college, please include their name where indicated and select "College under "Delivery".  If you choose both, you must pay for two transcripts.

Complete the Student Records Release Authorization Form. 

MUST HAVE:

1. Copy of paid receipt.

2. Copy of Student Records Release Authorization Form at www.OCPS.net, the bottom of screen Records, Student Records, Student Records Release Authorization Form

3. Copy of Drivers' License, State ID, or another form of identification showing your name and date of birth.

All must be mailed, emailed, or given in person to the guidance office at Colonial HS, 6100 Oleander Dr. Orlando FL 32807 or [email protected]

Once all information is received your transcripts will be mailed within 5 - 10 working days. ******NO REFUNDS******
