Welcome to SchoolPay!Effective August 12th, 2024 all electronic transcript requests will be trasmitted at no charge.
Transcripts can be ordered electronically or by hard copy.
If requesting hard copies, please select mail or pickup from school. If mail, please enter mailing address.
Transcripts CANNOT be sent to an email address. If you need it sent to an email address, please request a hard copy to personally scan.
If you choose pickup from school, please allow 2 business days for processing. Transcripts can be picked up in C-pod during the school year.
Electronic transcripts are sent via Xello. Please make sure the college is listed under "schools I'm applying to."
Transcripts are processed for graduation year 2021-current.
For transcripts prior to 2021, please contact SJCSD records department at 904-547-7137.
Transcripts are $2.00 each.
