Spend an evening learning essential information, strategies and tips that can help to save money and avoid expensive mistakes in the home buying process. Home buyers today face an overwhelming number of choices as they enter the housing market. These involve working with realtors and home inspectors to determine how much of a mortgage is affordable and choosing the right mortgage product and more. This class will provide a great deal of education to allow home buyers to make smart decisions when buying a home. 

This workshop will provide a guide to help home buyers navigate a seller’s market and understand how to make themselves compete while saving money and differentiating themselves from the competition. Mortgage options and other associated home buying costs are explained like closing costs and lawyer fees. We will review the home buying timeline and buyer contracts and disclosures to ensure you protect yourself as a buyer. By the end of this workshop, you will be armed with valuable advice that will alleviate the confusion that many home buyers typically feel when starting to look for a home. Limited to 12.
